1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Watches that show signs of wear or damage.
- Customized or engraved items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process

- Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
- Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
